About
Clematis Ginza is a shoemaker's workshop and shop in Ginza 1-chome, Tokyo, making handmade shoes fitted to each client's feet. It offers four lines: the Original Line, made to order on Clematis house lasts after the feet are measured, with about forty models whose design, details and leathers can be changed; the Red Line, showing the style of the shoemaker Keitaro Takano; the Second Line of ready-made shoes; and a Ladies Line of Blake-stitched (McKay) shoes. Leathers run from calf and cordovan to exotics. Open 11:00–19:00; closed Tuesdays.
