About
Saboteuse is the bespoke Western bootmaking practice of French-American artist Sarah Madeleine T. Guerin, who builds boots by hand from raw materials in a replica nineteenth-century "ten footer" workshop in Massachusetts. She teaches shoemaking at RISD and is the Peabody Essex Museum's 2026 bootmaker in residence.
