Dương Trần Tín is a bespoke tailor in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) who cuts his own patterns and sews largely by hand — he describes his coats as handsewn or semi-handsewn — working through basted try-on fittings in cloths such as Russell check tweed and navy herringbone. He personally makes every jacket and overcoat, with the help of a student he is training, and keeps the order book deliberately small: because of the current workload, new jacket commissions are paused so that each piece gets the time it needs.
