Alden

Alden Shoe Company was founded in 1884 by Charles H. Alden and still makes its shoes in Middleborough, Massachusetts — the last of New England's original shoemakers. This is factory ready-to-wear and made-to-order: Goodyear-welted dress shoes and boots. Alden has sourced from the Horween tannery since 1930 and is its largest shell cordovan customer, the leather most associated with the brand.
